My fascination for urban spaces started when i paid more attention to the lack of affordable flats especially for students through the tense house situation in Basel, Switzerland. I noticed that there are a lot of different ideas about ‚how to live in a flat‘. In addition to this the question came up ‚what kind of place is a city‘? Through this i started a research about urbanistics which was leading me to many different fields and questions. The main goal of my research in the first place is to search through this wide field of urbanistics and share this special features which captivated me the most with the public. This first publication of mine shows the playful examination with the topic of an urban living form also known as ‚Wohngemeinschaft‘ or ‚WG‘.
